Our Team’s Approach

We want therapy to feel person-centered, meaning we care more about your story than your diagnosis. Our connection matters more than any title or intervention. We’ll collaborate on an approach that feels best to you.

We also know that stepping into therapy is an act of courage, and challenging yourself to make the first appointment may be the hardest step.

That’s why we offer a free, 15-minute consultation — no strings attached.

Some patients just need more.

Email anytime, and text when needed. We’re flexible when someone needs to get in quickly, and we’re always transparent about billing.

Lauren Anderson, LMSW, CCTP

OWNER, THERAPIST

Welcome! I’m a licensed master social worker and certified trauma professional. As a highly empathetic individual, I have had my own journey with mental health struggles. Life can take you down unexpected paths, and sometimes those challenges lead you somewhere beautiful—to self-awareness, gratitude, empathy, and peace. My experience compelled me to learn more about psychology, the impact of trauma on the brain, and the profession that had such a profound impact on my life. Ultimately, I found my calling, and I love what I do. I chose to specialize in trauma because it has provided me the skills to facilitate profound healing.

Throughout my life and career, I have felt and continue to witness something extraordinary: despite profound hardship and our own physical limitations, the human spirit is boundless and enduring. I hope that my patients continue to learn as much from me as I have from them.

I specialize in working with young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity formation. That said, I work with people across the lifespan — from adolescents to seniors.

Nicole Weber, LMSW

THERAPIST

Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in both mental health and medical settings. I have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and other emotional concerns.

I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and I strive to meet each individual where they are. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based, trauma-informed care.

Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges. I also value collaboration with parents and caregivers when appropriate to support growth and meaningful, lasting change.
